Shannon Medley, PA-C

Shannon Medley is in a league of her own as a provider. I personally saw her and always felt very well cared for. My review is regarding my mom though. She’s a native woman, & often gets dismissed by the medical world, including other Mercy providers. She had a mystery pain for literal years, never to be properly diagnosed. Shannon was the one to figure it out, despite the issue not even being remotely in her field. She is the reason my mom finally got on track to resolving the issue that had been tormenting her for years (it was her hip so badly broken down that she needed a total hip replacement). I’m permanently grateful for her skills as a caring provider, otherwise who knows if my mom’s issue would’ve ever been diagnosed properly without her. Saddened that she’s no longer at Mercy Westbrook, that’s a huge loss for them.

Shannon is very Knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients.
