Great
Even though I knew Shannon must give out the same info over and over, she made me feel important. She was patient and listened. I never felt rushed. And, she was very knowledgeable.

I was impressed with her at first, but then after a few visits of me complaining about the same problem she wrote me off as being depressed. I was in serious pain and finally got another doctor. Turns out I have crohns. If they can't find it in your blood work at Cigna then you aren't sick. I don't recommend them for diagnostic care.. unless it's for a cold.
