Friendly and professional
Shannon is both Friendly and professional making your visit with her very pleasant. She did not waste any time and I was in and out of the office in an hour max and am convinced she did my exam exactly as I expected… though

She was very nice but approached my high risk pregnancy situation comeplety wrong. I have a history of ectopic pregnancy, and explained this to her after going in because I got a positive pregnancy test. She did nothing and said I had to wait until I was 7 weeks to do any scans/bloodwork. I was 7 weeks when my last burst and required emergency surgery. I also explained this to her. I went home upset and confused and called again asking to see someone else. No one was but I finally got a call back later and was able to see Dr. Perry who immediately referred me to the ER. All doctors and nurses were shocked my bloodwork wasn’t started the minute I got a positive. If she would’ve simply referred me to the lab, I would know by now if I needed to worry. Instead I’ve been left in anxious turmoil wondering what the heck is going on. If you don’t know how to handle an ectopic pregnancy, ASK SOMEONE.
