Shannon COOKE is very knowledgeable and informative regarding women's gynecological health. She had a down-to-earth approach with advice while listening and answering my questions. I felt very comfortable during the exam. Her recommendations and prescriptions have greatly improved my incontinence. I highly recommend Shannon COOKE.

I cannot say enough good things about Shannon and her talented staff! Shannon and her staff are always professional and enjoyable to interact with, unlike some other doctor's offices. Shannon never made me feel like my medical issues were unimportant and listened to my concerns. She made sure I understood why my issues were occuring and she worked with me to create a treatment plan for my IC that worked with my busy schedule.

Over the last fifteen years I have seen at least four doctors for urinary tract issues. Shannon has been the only one who has finally gotten positive results. I feel very thankful to have found her. Her staff has always been very professional and kind towards me.

I have been going to Shannon since June 2008. She diagnosed my IC when no one else could figure out what was going on with me. She is compassionate, caring, wise, and incredibly skilled at what she does. One of the reasons she decided to go out on her own was so that she could spend quality time with her patients. I would highly recommend her!!

Overview: i have intersticial cystitis, go to office for weekly instils Some examples of their unprofessionalism include not helping me with managing pain, canceling apps, canceling rescheduled apps, then telling me i can't get in for a week after two canceled apps, rude staff, stopping treatment at a crucial point, ext DONT waste your time on this doctor, they have made my condition worse through stress
