Unprofessional and lacks good communication skills
I was surprised by her lack of communication given that she works as a counselor and is in a supervisor role. The practice Thriveworks was terrible to deal with. They seem to only care about making money and not about patient care. I was not refunded my money after missing one appointment but I wasn't able to get into the zoom meeting because I was not sent the right link. After reaching out to her and also to support I was not told how to find what I needed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
