Ms. Brosek arrived late to my appointment by almost 20 minutes without apology. She was neither warm nor friendly and after telling me that my levels were in an acceptable range seemed ready to walk out of the room. When I told her about symptoms I was having she seemed put out that I was still taking up her time and said that my levels were fine and I should talk to someone else. It was a terrible experience and I plan to find a new office for my treatment.
