Ms. Shannon completely changed my life. I first started seeing her when I was 16 and continued seeing her for 3-4 years. She helped me work through many different issues - depression, grief, toxic relationships, sexual assault, and big life changes. Really helped me process, and change my thinking. She is a very warm, caring person & I feel very comfortable talking to her. She's given me some incredible insight and coping skills. I have friends who've also had sessions with her and they love her
