Incompetent. Makes lots of mistakes, forgets to put in referrals for months at a time. If you don't accept "oops, my bad" as taking enough responsibility, she gets very rude and blames it on having a stressful day. She lied to me more than once just to get me out of the office. Her assistant has even "forgotten" to clean treatment rooms they've brought me into, which is unsanitary. Trying to file a complaint here is a joke, and you WILL be met with attitude.
