Knowledgeable
Shane took the time to answer all my questions about my fractured wrist even drawing a picture of the Ezebreak. He talked about alternatives concerning the bump on the side but I have good range of motion so that isn't necessary. He said if I had any more questions down the road not to hesitate to call. He’s really knowledgeable, professional, and nice.
He spent enough time with me figuring out my multiple wrist and hand problems. He gave me 2 or 3 options for treatment and then consulted with a surgeon, who also explained the chosen treatment. This visit made me feel much more optimistic about my prognosis.
