Horrible Person!
I’m confused if Shamara Alterno is a Nurse Practitioner or Doctor! She introduces herself to me as a Doctor, everyone at the Urgent Care referred to her as the doctor. Yet I look up her name and I see she is a Nurse Practitioner. Either way she seems like a very horrible person and I will be complying to the manager where she works at the Modern MD Urgent Care at 916 Flatbush Ave! And I am going to speak to corporate about this essential persons behavior!
