Amazing therapist
Shaina provided family therapy for me and a family member after years of a roller coaster relationship. Within weeks, she taught us effective communication methods and helped reframe painful parts of our relationship. Not only has it positively impacted the relationship of us in therapy, it has provided skills we are able to use across all relationships. Shaina is a no BS, empathetic, and super smart therapist. She has a great set of various tools to help with different situations, and she is very relatable which makes it easy to open up and trust her. I would highly recommend her for relationship or family therapy.
