I have been seeing Dr. Cohen for a few years now and bought my hearing aids from her. She is incredibly helpful and spends time to make sure all my questions have been answered before I leave. I highly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Cohen for the first time on May 2nd for a possible treatment for tinnitus. I very much appreciate the way Dr. Cohen very clearly explained the different options to me after listening to me patiently and answering my questions. I decided to go with Lenire device, and I look forward to my follow up sessions with her (the Kaiser Panorama audiologist I saw was not as friendly and compassionate). Dr. Cohen’s staff was also very friendly and professional not just to me but to other patients who were there. She was able to put me on an earlier appointment when there was a cancellation.

She is very knowledgeable and is always looking to better help patients. I have been going to her for years and very happy. Dr. Cohen also has an amazing staff that take care of every detail

I'd never been to an audiologist before and wasn't expecting such a beautiful facility... staff was friendly and Dr Cohen was a total pro - put me at ease and was able to explain exactly what was going on with my hearing.

We have seen 7 doctors for tinnitus and she was the most comprehensive and not money hungry! First, you walk into her office and she has everything for tinnitus there so you know you are in the right place of someone who keeps up to date on technology and what's out there. Our consult was amazing, she really listened and told us things we didnt know and explained a lot. We will give her all our hearing tests etc and will come up with a plan, on top of amazing ideas and free websites she gave us during consult. She cares! Not greedy like the others and way knowledgeable!!! Go here for tinnitus! We are putting together our program with her. BTW, you leave there feeling better! She was our 8th doctor! She should be on your list for help!

I saw Dr. Cohen for the first time today. She was extremely thorough, friendly, and patient. She answered all my questions, and I ask a lot. She tested my hearing multiple ways to make sure the results were accurate. She was extremely generous with her time, spending over 90 minutes with me to evaluate my concerns.I’ve had many hearing tests in the past several years. The equipment at Dr. Cohen’s office seemed to be more precise than the testing I had received prior. This, in addition to Dr. Cohen's thoroughness, gave me confidence.The office staff was very friendly. They fit me in for a same day visit which eased my anxiety and concerns.I’ll surely return without hesitation for any auditory needs.

Dr Cohen is always efficient whilst being friendly and empathetic and I would recommend her most highly to anyone experiencing hearing problems. She is attentive and eager to listen to her patients and works hard to come up with the very best of solutions.
