Dr. Rosenblatt has worked with my loved ones needs, addressing the concerns we have with compassion and understanding. It is not easy dealing with a challenged adult and Dr. Rosenblatt took the edge off and presented a welcoming atmosphere of comfort, safety and inclusion. He never gave the impression or feeling of being studied in a cage, as we have felt and experienced in the past with certain agencies. His communication is clear and his expertise is invaluable. He was able to find and determine each diagnosis on the two days of testing that took us 3 separate appointments and trips and a long time (18 months) in the past… he has clear, polite, comfortable mannerisms. I appreciate his expertise and commitment to us. I got a call back within 24 hours of my first inquiry, and appointment 3 weeks later (he offered one sooner but I wasn’t ready) the testing was done over a 2 day period. We had the results very soon after. Office was easy to access using MTA, from Staten Island NY.

I found Dr. Shahal Rozenblatt on a list of independent Neuropsychologists from my daughters school. Dr. Rozenblatt is an excellent Neuropsychologist in my opinion. His report was broken down by paragraph in lame terms based upon test results, medical history, my verbal statement and a (2year) note log from daily interactions with my daughter etc. When I read the diagnosis, I was confused and Dr. Rozenblatt took the time out to explain as well as expressing, he would attend the IEP meeting once scheduled at the school.Thank You, Dr. Rozenblatt!I Recommend Dr. Rozenblatt

Stay away from this "doctor". He cares much more about legal side of the "case" than about helping his patients. When he called me with results of his "analyses" his first words were: "I have your results and it's not going to be good for your case...". What kind of doctor is concerned about the "case" more than about well-being of his patient? Dr Rozenblatt was very kind and patient with my 10 year old son. He has a very soothing voice which made him very easy to talk to as a parent as well. The lengthy appointments are well worth your time as the results are extremely thorough. If you're looking for the proper diagnosis for your child, look no further. More availability was my only concern as I am full time working single parent, but i did what I had to to see Dr. Rozenblatt.
