Shagufta Khan, PA-C

I went to Shagufta N. Khan for my annual physical in Dec 2022 at Community Health partner office at 650 W Alluvial Fresno, CA 93711. It has been the worst medical experience of my life. Shagufta made incorrect notes about my annual preventative checkups which should have been covered under my insurance leading to incorrect billing and co-pays from my end when the service should have been free as per my insurance. Shagufta refused to complete all the routine annual check ups in one visit and asked me to make a follow up appointment for screening like pap smear. I disputed the charge with the Community Health office and they acknowledged that Shagufta made an error after multiple calls with my insurance and their office and they agreed to refund me months later. And then one year later, on Dec 2023, they are now sending me an outstanding payment for the charge they agreed were incorrect and had refunded me for.
