My son went to Dr Ratcliff after a car accident. Unfortunately I have to give Dr Ratcliff the lowest score possible because of his office person. I callex and couldn't get two words in. Not only did she yell at me but she also hung up on me and wouldn't answer my calls. The insurance co said they didn't get the records. I was trying to tell her that's typical of insurance companies but she kept hanging up on me. Thought I was trying to say she didn't send them. Would not let me say anything.
