The scheduling process was easy. The doctor was knowledgeable and very attentive. The staff on the other hand was not at all professional in their behavior. They would turn their back to clients to have private “conversations”. On their cell phones, comments made aloud about patients insurance being a “state plan”. The doctor is at the Lenscrafters in Monroe. The optical is kinda pricey but they have a big selection and you can get glasses in about an hour. The doctor's equipment is unbelievable advanced and they're great about explaining things. I came here w my family when I was a teenager and we always come back.
