Dr. Scott Roseman, PHD

Maybe Dr. Roseman is great, based off the reviews here and on the insurance page, I would say that he is. His secretary however, is trash. I got his information of my Healthcare providers website. Called to make an appointment and had to leave a message. She called back to say that he wasn't accepting new patients, which is fine. When I went to explain that Unitedhealthcare's website showed that he was, she cut me off and said that he didn't have to let them know that he wasn't. When I tried to explain that I was just letting her know so that other people looking for someone wouldn't be mislead SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Imagine being someone who needs help and finally getting the courage to even call and ask for information, just to get hung up on.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Scott Roseman and I would totally recommend him if you need any educational testing for your child. From start to finish, he was very kind and professional, easy to connect with and very supportive . He makes it easy explaining the whole process, answering to your questions and makes sure that the testing covered all the bases. Best of all, he takes the time to get to know each child to truly identify their areas of strengths and weaknesses. He is very kind and patient and he makes the kids feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience . My daughter felt very comfortable with Dr Roseman - they spent several hours together - and she even said it was "fun"! After testing, Dr Roseman delivered a timely and thorough report, breaking down each sub-test and results. He tied all the information together for me, in a way that made sense, and I felt that he definitely portrayed my daughter's strengths and weaknesses accurately.

I highly recommend Dr Roseman. I went to him to have my son evaluated for gifted and I appreciate the measures he took to ensure no contact during this COVID pandemic. He had a screen to up that prevented any contact but was able to make my son feel comfortable.

Very clean office, he built a screen between him and the patient couch. He did the testing through the screen and no contact. I felt safe and very comfortable. Highly recommend him!

We highly recommend Dr Roseman for testing gifted children. He is very friendly and our child felt comfortable with him right away. The process was simple and Dr. Roseman was very thorough with the explanation of the results. After the test our child said the process was fun.

We had our 5 y.o. son evaluated for giftedness by Dr. Roseman today and the experience was a wonderful. Dr. Roseman was very nice to him and quickly bonded with our son. After getting acquainted, Dr. Roseman used his closed circuit cameras so that we could both see each other from the waiting room while the test was going on in his office. He right away got to work on the evaluation, which seemed to go very well and efficiently. Time flew by for both our son and myself. After the evaluation, Dr. Roseman explained in detail his observations and gave us a preview of the results. He followed up with a full report very shortly after that. Overall, we couldn't be happier with Dr. Roseman and would definitely recommend it to friends and family that need to get a child evaluated.

Dr. Roseman was recommended to us by our children's preschool for gifted testing, so we brought both our kids to him. Dr. Roseman was extremely accommodating and made the process as easy for us (the parents) and as much fun as it could be for the kids. He takes as much time as needed to get a full picture of each child's strengths, and he has a very kind demeanor. The kids warmed up to him quickly, as I was able to watch the testing on live camera from the waiting room. His report was very thorough and detailed, and he took the time to explain it all and answer any questions we had. We highly recommend Dr. Roseman and would definitely go back to him again if the kids needed more testing.

My son was recently seen by Dr. Roseman by his grandparents, who did not afford him the truth. However, he was altogether way too happy to take their money and issue them a negative report against me. Thank God the Court ruled his report as inaccurate and tossed it aside! I think that counselors should have to verify information regarding custody, before they go writing outlandish reports, having very little facts. You can buy any recommendation you want from this man everyone! Terrible.
