Dr. Hadfield was very kind and concerned with my care! He understood my concerns and health issues. He was very caring and called me with testing results the next day! He is very helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned with getting me well! Nice and friendly office , too!!

My husband has been going to this doctor since 2019, we already paid almost $3000 just to see the doctor repeating the same thing about a possible urinary tract infection and even though we paid a lot of money for tests, he kept saying that my husband had to continue with the meds and periodic visits to his office, which clearly cost us dearly and without results. Last time I went with my husband and we felt so disrespected by him, this doctor kept us waiting for over 30 minutes and when he arrived he just asked "Do you have any questions for me?" What do you mean? Is he the doctor who should check my husband's case before coming into the room and my husband is the one who has to ask questions? Despite all the tests we did, he never showed interest in offering a solution for my husband to get better. This doctor clearly just wanted my husband to go to the office and we redo several tests to continue earning money. He doesn't care about anything but money.

Scott made no effort to understand my problem or explain the treatment he prescribed. I told him my issues and he didn't sympathize, explain the cause, or even ask follow up questions. He just wrote a prescription and was ready to push me out the door—I had to stop him so I could ask questions. Considering he's dealing with potentially sensitive issues he's extremely brash, careless, and insensitive. Will not be returning and wasted time/money here.

My daughter had an appointment with him for some issues during her pregnancy. Bottom line he told her she'd have to self cath with no tests or scans being done. He was rushed and didn't seem to care about her as a person at all. Only after I told him she wasn't comfortable with his recommendation did he decide he was hasty and that maybe there was a scan that they could do to check her kidney function etc. He had to leave the room to consult a Dr. that was not even on the premises. My daughter was in tears as she needed answers and had already been to the ER in desperate need. I would not recommend scheduling an appointment with him even in desperate times or especially if you're a woman.

Worst provider ever mean and very short didn't help at all!
