It was bad enough when Denny during office visits neglected to perform basic exams related to HIV, such as listening to lungs and heart, checking reflexes, inspecting ears, nose and throat, unless I specifically requested what was, after 30 years of HIV examinations, considered routine, NORMAL HIV procedure, but when he began encouraging telephone "visits" a few years back, further distancing himself, that's when I really felt set adrift. I literally have not seen my Kaiser-assigned HIV specialist in years — YEARS — and Kaiser doesn't see that as being a problem. Thank you, Kaiser, for not responding to my concerns, treating my symptoms, or reacting properly to my grievance filing, and for visiting upon me yet another crappy doctor.
