Rude!
My almost 80 year old mother went in for an appointment due to a knee injury. This man treated my mother horribly, offensive really. Commented that “these 79 year old women like to act like they’re 39”. There were also other comments made to her. Never checked her knee, told her she needed a walker and questioned why she was using crutches and wearing a knee brace. Since I had to travel back home, I was unable to be there with her otherwise, he would’ve received an earful! My Dad had also used this facility and they were very nice to him. Seems that this man has something against elderly women.
