Scott assisted when I visited the ER a few weeks ago. I had visited urgent care a few days prior, but my symptoms had gotten worse. On a hunch, he ordered a CT scan, where they discovered some significant issues that weren't caught by urgent care. I was admitted and underwent a couple of procedures. I feel that Scott's thoroughness and attention to detail are the reason the issues were revealed and able to be addressed. Very grateful for the care he provided.

I saw this PA on a few occasions at the ER. He ignored my pain and descriptions of the issues while telling me my weight and breasts were the cause even when my doctor sent me to the ER. Turns out after 2-3 years of suffering and getting stuck with him every time, I had to have emergency surgery which fixed the issue permanently. Also I was barely over weight at the time of care and not classified as obese.

Doctor rolled out of ER Triage room on chair and called out my son’s name. Didn’t listen or ask for pain level just told us he had the flu. Then flu test came back negative. When he discharged my groggy 12 year old at 2am with stomach pain, he was impatient and intolerable of his inability to explain how he was feeling. Clearly should not help in pediatrics. I listened to him be as short and rude to each patient throughout the ER. Not great bedside manner for emergency or any patient CARE for that matter.

Did not qualify medication properly and failed to obtain instruction from a qualified doctor; The medication prescribed did not meet patient need and caused side affects which included bleeding and visualizations which normal medications prescribed to patient did not; Did not provide medical equipment needed, either Roseville ER
