Dr. Scott Bartlett, OD

My child was a patient in this practice for two years. When Dr. Bartlett's optical had trouble fitting the patient for contact lenses, the optical staff insisted that we return to the practice 8 times to try lenses, some of which were a mistaken prescription. There were weeks of no communication from the doctor's staff.After finding a lens, they switched the billing category to collect an additional $159 without telling me first. We will leave the practice quite dissatisfied with the optical and business office parts of the practice. Bad value. Adequate care.

Seeing the eye doctor is really stressful for me. Most eye doctors don't understand my condition and I have to teach them. Dr. Bartlett knew what I deal with all the time with my vision. He actually gave me a possible solution to try that no one has ever suggested. So glad I decided to go see him.

This is the second year I've had Dr. Bartlett perform my annual eye exam and always a thorough job - thanks to you and your team!

I waited over 50 minutes past my appointment time to see Dr Bartlett. I am almost 70 years old and no one asked me about any changes in my prescriptions since I was in over a year ago. I have new medications that can affect vision. There was no option to get checked for macular degeneration. I was told my appointment was for a basic vision check and nothing more. That was news to me!!! I got a cursory 5 minute exam by Dr. Bartlett and was handed my new eyeglass prescription and sent on my way. Do NOT go to him. He is not professional. I don’t think I can even rely on the prescription he gave me.

I had an annual eye exam with Dr. Bartlett and ordered eyeglasses with his prescription. The eyeglasses did not work for me. I went to another eye doctor who verified that the prescription from Dr. Bartlett was not correct for my eyes.
