Please remember you are treating mental patients we shouldn’t have a nervous breakdown, wondering what we did wrong again

She took my anxiety medicine off my charts and would not prescribe them to me and I've been taking them for years. Cold hearted cynical personality.

I feel like she knows what she is doing. However, i felt that my appt. was rushed and she didn’t take the time to know me. I also felt that she didn’t seem to understand that co-payments are expensive and i that would have accomplished the same thing with a refill requested. Finally, she didn’t show any concerns of drug interactions and only goes off the checklist. Other condition can interfere with the your mental healt.

I was never a “patient” I felt more like a client. She knowingly and purposely let me go without my anxiety medication, having told me it would be bad if I ran out. Doing zoom appointments at $150 a pop and $200.0 for the first. She sets the appointment time to log into zoom, then 15 minutes later she joins then stairs at video monitors or maybe Netflix. When I called her on both issues, she said she didn’t want to see me any longer. I figure if your taking a patient for whom you have many records from different doctors and a Mental institution. So when she had to deal with a person who has many diagnoses with almost 20 years working on them with other mental health providers, I think she got scared and dropped me. Which she must be getting money from folks who don’t really need much of anything if anything at all. As long as you pay and she doesn’t have to do any work or put any thought into it, your great.

Scarlett is a gift from God. She is the first provider that my husband will see. She connected with him immediately and is helping us both get situated. So thankful we found her.
