Dr. Sathish Subramanian, MD

I have been under Dr. Subramanian's care for about 1 year and I could not be more displeased. Met with him in the office two times and both times he was late. The first time was about 30 minutes and the second time he was over an hour late. When he finally came into my appointment after being paged by front desk staff he said "this won't take more than 10 minutes." So, in essence, I both drove and waited for over an hour for a 10 minute appointment. It takes weeks and numerous phone calls to the office to receive a message back through the patient portal. He does not keep track of my chart at each appointment, so I have to constantly remind him of the treatment plan. Overall, very unprofessional and lacks bedside manner. My UC has gotten progressively worse under his care. Would NOT recommend to anyone with IBD. The disease is challenging enough and this has been the most unpleasant experience.

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Subramanian for some bowel issues I had been dealing with for a while. He was so kind, helpful, and intelligent. This was the first time I felt like a doctor really listened to me and cared about my issues. I left the appointment knowing that he was invested in my treatment and there were clear next steps on how to move forward. It was such a position experience. I never write reviews but was so inclined after this great appointment.
