While she is gifted as a therapist, she needs her own help before she can ethically practice. She didn't understand basic theraputic boundaries (ie., she told me about how she'd bang her head against the wall until she was bleeding and other unhelpful stories....) and split on me (she has a dx of BPD) once she started to question me as a patient. She took me off all my meds, didn't refer me out and left me alone, waiting for months withdrawing from seizure meds. All because she 'suspected' something that never happened. She is reckless, dangerous, and needs to have her license revoked, until she goes through her own treatment.

We are so grateful to have found Sarina to help our daughter. She takes the time to listen and shows genuine interest and concern for her well being. She carefully manages her psychiatric medications and really cares about the whole process. Very thankful for her!

While she has the ability of insight, she did note down and remember all my triggers, only to hit me with all my triggers at once when she was mad at me, and that causes harm. She is not safe. She also shames the client sometimes, a red flag that this therapist is a narcissist. She cannot be trusted

Inability to not cast herself as the victim within the various personal traumas of her patients.

Prior to meeting Sarina Singhi, I worked with numerous mental health providers. Sarina is the only practitioner that's been able to meet my needs. She is intelligent with good intuition, and she has made me realize so much about myself. She manages medications properly, and is always available to answer questions and respond to concerns. Sarina is especially in tune to family dynamics as she provides therapy, and she strives to improve unhealthy relationships. I highly recommend Sarina to all.
