Sari took the time to understand me and what was going on with me at a time when I didn’t know due to several consecutive traumatic violent deaths and an emotionally abusive long term relationship. She guided me into deep self reflection and analysis and helped me develop the necessary skills to navigate my emotions and thoughts. It took me a year after ending to realize how much I had grown and how strong and self empowered I became through our sessions together. Thank you Sari.
