Very detailed and professional. She took a lot of time with me and had great patience. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I had taken in a homeless man three months prior to being referred to Dr. Bernstein‘s office for Neuropsych Testing for him. After being told they didn’t contract with our friend’s insurance, Dr. Bernstein‘s office called back within five minutes, willing to help us in any way possible. After three months of trying to work with uncaring people in caring positions, Dr. Bernstein referred us to the very state department that could actually help us get our friend placed in a nursing home. Dr. Bernstein literally saved us from having to turn our friend back out onto the streets. She and her staff are a breath of fresh air.

My experience today was so alleviating! As a woman of color (and just someone with anxiety) I was really worried about being misdiagnosed or that the psychologist would not understand. Ms. Bernstein was absolutely great! She's very understanding and will not force anything on you-she even helped me to reinforce my boundaries during the session. Very great experience to be acknowledged and cared for correctly. She went over practical approaches to life and gave me so much information I could research when I got home. 5/5 would absolutely recommend!

I had a great appointment with Dr. Bernstein. She was very attentive listened to everything I had to say (kept up with my multiple stories that are all in one). She reassured me that I am not the only one dealing with misdiagnosis throughout the years given my life history. Let me rave about the quick response from either the Dr or her receptionist. I walked out the office forgetting to get a doctors note for my appointment and within minutes of communicating with the office I was emailed a doctors note AND the staff sent me a text stating the excuse note was sent to my email!! I walked out that office with a better understanding of what I am dealing with and with that I know my next step!!

My husband went to see Dr. Bernstein, he was nervous and said he thought he was going to have a panic attack, however that didn't happen, he couldn't stop taking about how his visit went. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Based on his outcome of his visit I would Highly recommend others to her.

Dr Bernstein, was very, professional & compassionate. Took the time explaining, what help was needed for my grandson, to progress in school. Highly-qualified for her profession. Her receptionist was outstanding as well.

Dr. Bernstein made me feel at ease and listened well enough to ask the right questions. She is compassionate and responsive. The office space is very nice, modern, clean and the staff was helpful. I had no issues getting around in my wheelchair. Following up with me once the report was completed and verifying things were accurate, made me feel like even after the testing my feedback was useful. I would recommend her to anyone who needs these types of services.

Dr. Bernstein is a fantastic Dr. She is very thorough, she listens , is compassionate and willing to go the extra mile for her patients.I highly recommend her!

Dr. Bernstein is the Best! She is passionate and knowledgeable about her work and she genuinely cares about her patients. I came into her office with a quite last minute request. She was professional and worked overtime to assist me in meeting my needs. I would HIGHLY recommend her services.
