Sarah is the best therapist EVER! I could say a million positive things about her, but the most important things are that Sarah is incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive. Sarah will always validate your feelings -- this isn't to say that she won't point out problem areas you might have, or won't give you honest advice on how best to improve your mental health, but she will NEVER make you feel like you are broken, irrational, or "messed up". She treats you like a person. It's wonderful! I have been Sarah's patient on and off for over three years. Her wisdom and therapeutic advice have saved my life more than once. I could not recommend her more as a provider. She is the real deal. Starting therapy can be scary and overwhelming, but Sarah is the kind of therapist that will make you feel comfortable and provide a judgement-free environment where you can begin to do the tough work of bettering yourself.
