Huge improvements
My MRI back diagnosis, made both times by the same doctor, actually improved from 'severe spinal stenosis' to 'moderate spinal stenosis' after working for a year with Sarah. Everyone tells me this very rarely happens. My pain level is way down and my activity level is way up.
