Dr. Sarah was friendly and attentive in our initial consultation. She made me feel comfortable in a delicate situation. She took the time to listen and understand my problems and put together a plan to help me to recover.

This was my 3 month check up with Dr Bundrick,Mrs Tucci came into the exam roomIntroduced herself .Dr Bundrick was held up in surgery she looked at my chart asked me a few question to see how I was feeling and if there were any changes.She address any concerns that I may have.

Sarah is very thorough, thoughtful, caring, and informative. I appreciate her kindness extended toward my mother who has had continuing urinary issues since her stroke.

Her attention was great. I appreciate her knowledge of my problems.

My appointment was not previously scheduled, but the office staff kindly worked me in.All of the Clinic personnel are always compassionate.

I sat in an exam room for one hour before the PA came in. I learned that Dr Bundrick was in surgery. I feel that was totally unacceptable. 1. My time is as valuable as anyone’s, even a doctor’s. 2. Why make a scheduled appointment on surgery day? Well, maybe it was unscheduled or emergency surgery. If so, why wasn’t I told when the clinic knew I wouldn’t be seen or even when I arrived at the office? Or even while I was setting in the exam room for an hour? 3. I did not appreciate the flippant attitude of the staff about my loss of an hour of my time waiting on someone who wasn’t going to show. Bottom line: there is a growing attitude by medical providers that the patient is not as important as they are. Yes you’re paying for my services (extremely well) but I am a doctor and so I’m more important. I have never arrived on or ahead of time for an appointment and been seen by the doctor within a 15 minute window of my arrival. To cap it all, many doctors no charge for late arrival

Sarah is very professional and conscientious. She is personable and shows a genuine interest in her patience. She is easy to talk to about any issues you may have.
