Sarah is incredibly professional, highly skilled, and caring. Her use of myofascial massage and stretching helped me gain back my full range of motion. Her care plan allowed me to progress on my own at home between appointments. I looked forward to every appointment because I felt noticeable improvement in my motion and because she provided so much more: she listened, advised me on concerns related to my physical issue, and encouraged me throughout my recovery. She helped me get my life back!
