Does not answer questions
I've been fairly unhappy with my ability to get questions answered with Sarah Spolum. I've minimal replies from her or her nurse that do not actually address my concerns or questions or what is going on with my health. It feels like they think I'm annoying for wanting to understand my health and my options and are trying to brush me off as quickly as possible.

Sarah is the most patient and kind health provider I have ever had the pleasure of seeing. I feel like I’ve been to a therapist after seeing her (in a good way!).

I have had a good share of doctors i felt like weren't listening to me but Sarah is completely different. She allowed me to go through my concerns and offered me resources and options going forward and explained why she was doing it. I am glad that i found a provider that understand me

I've had a few interactions with Sarah, and am consistently disappointed that she is dismissive and doesn't listen. She does a *lot* of talking, without saying much that is informative.
