Sarah is amazing. She’s the 3rd PT I’ve seen for my pelvic floor and she’s made the biggest impact on my quality of life. I’ve had several big pelvic floor surgeries so needless to say, that area has had trauma. She’s sensitive, considerate, and really pays attention to my individual needs. She has excellent bedside manner. She’s attentive and really listens to my concerns and targets my specific challenges and concerns. As someone who also works in healthcare, I’m very careful who I see and trust with my healthcare needs. I have high expectations. Sarah has far exceeded every expectation and delivers care far beyond anything I could’ve asked for. If you’re looking for a PT, especially someone to help with your pelvic floor, I highly recommend Sarah. It’s a sensitive area and hard to trust others but I’ve always felt comfortable and confident that Sarah is 100% invested in my health and wellbeing. I’m grateful everyday for the profound impact she’s had on my health and quality of life.

I don’t usually go on these websites and write reviews, but I had to write one for Dr. Sarah Severios. I came to her for chronic low back pain dating back over several years. After multiple car accidents and sports related injuries; I’ve had back pain since I was in my late teens. I’ve been to multiple physical therapist, chiropractors, and acupuncturists. All of them only gave me temporary relief. Within 4-5 sessions with Sarah, my back pain reduced by 80-90%. It’s been over 5 months now and I am still doing great. She taught me how to manage my symptoms when I am driving to work, working out, and playing with my kids. My quality of life has improved immensely thanks to Dr. Severios’ treatment, insight, care, and compassion. I am forever grateful for her and I recommend her to anyone.

I've worked in collaboration with Sarah for over 10 years. She is, in my opinion, a world-class pelvic floor physical therapist. She is highly skilled, very trauma informed, and understands the management of chronic pelvic pain as well as anyone I've ever come across. Highly recommended. I saw Dr. Severios for a pelvic organ prolapse. She was very thorough in her evaluation and gave me clear instructions on how to improve my situation, along with explaining why it was happening. Very satisfied with the visit!

During the evaluation she hurt me, and then pulled her hand out so fast it hurt even worse. When I started having a panic attack because Of what she did, she kept trying to touch me when I made it clear I didn’t want that. Finally she stopped but then draped me 6 hospital gowns and made me sit there like that until she was satisfied and let me leave. All in all, absolutely NOT trauma informed.
