Sarah has a wonderful nurse practitioner working under her, but her RN is unavailable most days of the week. When I contacted Sarah to try and get a rare request for an emergency refill, she suggested I check myself into a hospital to get the medication I needed. This was a prescription with really strong withdrawal symptoms that cannot be stopped abruptly. Sarah did not seem to care or have any interest in solving the problem.

Sarah is all about the money. Her response times are not acceptable for those who really need help. She does not seem to care about those who need help the most. I would stay away.
