Sarah Oliver, PA-C

I arrived 1 minute before my scheduled visit, and I was told that because I wasn’t 15 minutes early, that I could not be seen. I had also called in 7 minutes prior to my appointment saying I would be there right on time. Sarah’s nurse said my appointment was already taken by someone whose appointment was 15 minutes after mine who had already checked in 20 minutes prior. The nurse told me that Sarah said “I needed to reschedule.” I also would have waited to take the persons spot who had jumped ahead of me, but I was not given that option. I had to wait 6 months for this appointment, was on time, but because I wasn’t 15 minutes early, I couldn’t be seen. Mind you it’s not mandatory, nor do they say it’s mandatory anywhere, to be 15 minutes early. Kids get sick, you need to find care last minute, but I'm still on time. I'm extremely disappointed, because now I have to wait again even though I was on time for my appointment.

Dr. Oliver was great. explained what she was seeing. And gave practical advice. She never said anything judgemental, it was a very nice experience.

I went to have some skin spots looked at by PA Sarah Oliver and found her to be excellent. She explained everything to me, gave me great follow up and was just very pleasant. I would highly recommend her.

Sarah Oliver is incredibly disrespectful. She speaks in a depreciating manner and chastised me for my preference of signing paperwork on the examination table in place of a chair. My experience is that she has underlying control issues.
