Corewell needs to get rid of this Physician assistant. Very rude and disrespectful.

Why is she so rude? Isn't her job to help sick people? Not berate them and make them feel like garbage for seeking help. She has zero bedside manners and was incredibly condescending and rude. I had to see another healthcare professional to address my needs since she was worse than useless.

I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully and poorly at a health exam in my life. She needs to consider a new career that doesn’t involve taking care of or interacting with other humans.

Sara Mokma is the one of the most nasty and rude healthcare providers I’ve ever had. She was insulting rude with negative bedside manners. Condescending, nasty, rude, and unprofessional are the best adjectives to described her. Stay away!!was truly one of the worst experiences ever!

Contacted this provider in regards to flu like symptoms on a virtual call. This doctor looked at my symptoms and wrote in the notes that because I had called about the flu recently that I must be over using the virtual call system. She lied in my notes and said that she talked to me about “overusing this system” when she never did, but during the call, she was incredibly rude, and rolled her eyes at me more than once. I have an immune deficiency disorder, and in the notes she called me a hypochondriac, which was very upsetting at the time. I have to call virtual care because I cannot get out of bed and when I see her name now I avoid it like the plague. I already have a massive distrust of our healthcare system and it’s providers like this is why most people do.
