It was easy to make an appointment with but I'm wondering if there is a reason for that. If you don't want to help people and listen to their medical issues and help them with it, if you are annoyed with patients and aren't able to build a rapport, so your patients feel comfortable with you, I think you are in the wrong field. She didn't once smile, seemed irritated the moment she walked in the door, she was short, didn't listen well. Perhaps she was having a bad Monday morning? At any rate, you're a professional. Part of your job is being approachable otherwise you scare off your patients.

If you want someone who will get you in and out quickly she’ll do the job but if you want someone who actually cares about you and shows you care steer clear of Sarah. She didn’t care about my health concerns all 5 minutes she “listened”.

I had two appointments with Sarah Miller recently and found her to be very understanding and kind. During the first appointment she offered to change the appointment from an examination to an IUD replacement to help alleviate my anxiety regarding the replacement as she understood that I would become overly anxious while waiting for a follow-up. I was embarrassed to be fearful over an IUD replacement but Sarah was very comforting, never rushed me and she kept me informed of what was happening throughout the procedure. She also helped me to schedule a follow-up examination before my insurance was due to expire and that appointment was equally as positive. I would absolutely recommend Sarah and her team to anyone needing gynecology care, especially if you've had uncomfortable experiences with other providers in the past.
