Condescending
I was referred to Sarah through my insurance because she is covered under my plan. Initially she was pleasant; However, after I expressed concerns regarding my injury, Sarah minimized my feelings and disregarded my concerns. Her tone was condescending; I interpreted her response as rude and treating me as uneducated regarding physical therapy and injuries. In addition, I had a second opinion regarding my injury and she disregarded the physician's recommendations, and did not answer my questions. I also work in the medical field as a provider including in workers compensation. I found Sarah to be unprofessional if she was questioned in any capacity regarding treatment.
