I have never had a doctor to take the time to explain things to me the way she did. I had to have surgery and she explained exactly what was going to happen and what to expect.

My child and I had a 9am appointment to see Dr.Maxey that was scheduled. We was left in the room waiting on her and at 10:30 she still didn’t inter the room. I ask a nurse was Dr Maxey there, her response and attitude was so un professional. I do thank the ladies behind the desk for helping me and asking me to stay. When I went back to the same room Dr Maxey did enter, trying to put the blame on my child was scheduled with the other doctor I told her NO he was on her schedule!!!!! Yes somethings happens but that situation was ver uncalled for!!! Yes things does happen but being in a room from 9:30 am to 10:30 am.... Lord Jesus!!!!!!! Once again thanks Ladies for helping Rashad and I even though he had tears for being there so long. God Bless you to... Always????
