Unhelpful & Mediocre Provider
Saw Sarah B Maichel, PA-C at Indigo. For an ongoing respiratory infection I had since the beginning of 2023. Because I wasn't in acute distress, due to OTC meds providing temporary relief, she didn't bother to look in my nose, look in my throat and stated in so many words, that she couldn't do anything for me. She is definitely was not thorough in examining me, didn't ask many questions regarding my health history and seemed indifferent and put-upon that I was coming to her for help. I would not recommend her and I'm glad she's not my PCP.
