I received the wrong contacts from an online company. I found out it was because independent optical sent the wrong information to them. By the time I noticed they were wrong, it was too late. I discussed the situation with Dr. Sarah, but she was unwilling to help, and only seemed interested in pushing the blame onto the online company, and on to me. She refused to accept that her office made the mistake of sending incorrect information. Her refusal to accept any responsibility for this situation is why I do not recommend her practice.
