I was scheduled to be with doctor John's but I don't know what she's like as I didn't see her! There was some man took my case of which I was not very happy with! I thought he was kind of rude! He treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about.

I've gone to Dr. John for 2, going on 3 years now. She's a very concerned, detailed professional that takes time to ask about any conditions or habits that may affect eye health. I feel she is very thorough, and I enjoy having her as my optometrist.

Dr. John is a wonderful eye doctor. I have a very complicated prescription and she is always so thorough with my exams and patient in answering every question and making sure I am satisfied. She never makes me feel rushed even when she has other patients waiting. Her fees are very reasonable also, especially considering the level of care she provides.

Doctor John is really great and she answered all my questions, but the guy that works there is SO HOT. He's very kindhearted and funny omg. I will continue to visit just to see him once more.

So unprofessional, I will not be using this lady again. I asked her for a copy of my prescription and said she was going to reduce the amount of boxes of my prescriptions b/c my prescription would be expiring soon. I never ordered my contacts and totally forgot about my contact prescription since I usually wear my classes all the time. I don't think it was fair, I paid for my full prescription and not for a half.

She keeps me fully informed of her findings. Answers all my questions. I've been going to her for years and the couple of times I went somewhere else, I was very disappointed. She's the best eye doctor I've had, ever -- and I've had a few.
