My husband and I feel lucky to have Sarah Goudreau as my audiologist. Besides mastering ALL of the technology, she has the ability to explain it simply and understandingly to two advanced octogenarians. Add to that, she was patient, kind, and friendly; and most generous with her time. This was our first experience with Mass Eye and Ear, and we were very pleased.

Dr. Hesseltine Goudreau provided care that successfully minimized—even eliminated— my awareness of tinnitus. Reason enough for many patients to consult with her.

Dr. Sarah was absolutely phenomenal! I brought my mom to a few appointments with her and have been amazed every time. Her caring manner, charismatic personality, patience, compassion, and ability to communicate clearly and calmly with my mother, who is in her 70s, were extremely impressive. Dr. Sarah also really took the time to explain everything in extreme detail regarding my mom’s condition and her options for a hearing aid, and we were never rushed. Once my mom selected which hearing aid she would like, Dr. Sarah explained all the details regarding how to operate the device. Dr. Sarah also run a few tests to make sure the device was working correctly and properly and went above and beyond helping my mom to connect the device to her iPhone and even taught her how to operate the volume from her phone. We are extremely grateful for her generosity with her time and for going the extra mile to help us.
