Sarah is a wonderful therapist and has been supporting me for 3 years now. She's helped guide me through the lowest of lows. Sarah is very good at being as blunt as she can, without crossing the line. On the first day she said "I'm not going to hold your hand or rub your back, i'm going to tell you the reality of the situation" or something along those lines. At first, I was hesitant, but as I went to sessions I realized she was correct about most things. She knows her stuff. She pushed me to keep going when all I wanted to do was sleep. Which was a very hard task to do (except probably not hard for her because she's a genius)... I have no hesitance saying she has certainly helped me push through the lows and work harder and harder every day. Sarah is awesome 10/10.
