Brusque and rude. Perhaps a bad day for Ms. Carey, but truly one of the most unprofessional, uncaring and rude providers I have dealt with. Tripped in her office because she did not have a sign posted to watch your step, nor did she tell me to watch where I was going. Seemed more concerned about me not sending over my referral, although with my rich PPO plan, it was not required. After searching, her front office did find it. Will never recommend this provider or be back.
