She explained everything during each step of the exam process. She also took the time to address all of my concerns. She left a very positive first impression on me. I had a very bad rash on my legs and was able to get an appointment for the day after I called.That morning was a terrible snowstorm, and Kate, Sarah’s Assistant from the office contacted me to discuss my situation as Sarah was going to be late coming into the office due to the snow.Kate was extremely helpful and offered great information about what to do for the rash if I couldn’t be seen by Sarah. While on the phone with Kate, Sarah had called the office to let them know she was on her way in, so Kate had me come into the office.While there, I received the best care ever! Both Kate and Sarah were extremely caring, concerned for my situation and offered a great treatment plan which is helping me to heal! I am forever grateful to the both of them! Thank you Sarah and Kate, the true dynamic duo!Praying and hoping you all got home safely later on that day.

Office staff very friendly. Assistant was super efficient and very personable. Sarah has a pleasant manner, explained what course she was taking and extensively. Seeing a dermatologist is not my favorite, but everyone puts you at ease.

Appt scheduling really handled well. Asked if they’d contact me with any earlier openings and they did - twice! And they were prepared for my initial visit. Smart use of technology … no forms to fill out. Sarah and her assistant Kate were professional yet friendly. Could tell both are experienced and very knowledgeable. Efficient but made made time to answer all my questions. Unlike other derm offices I’ve been to, no one tried to sell me anything. Going back for sure .. already have next year’s appt in the books!

The reception was super friendly and welcoming, the intake nurse was very personable and efficient, and the doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in her consultation. Super quick in-and-out, I felt heard and cared for, and am excited to start treatment with this facility!
