I worked with this therapist for about 5 months, and I walked away extremely disappointed with her. She seemed uninterested in wanting to help me. Often times she would act passive-aggressive and would blame me for my problems. For someone that claimed to have expertise with helping people heal from trauma, she did not seem to care that she was taking her own issues out on me. To make matters worse, I found out that Sara had released her therapy notes about me to my old therapist, who I had not seen in 8 years (and without my consent). Information about my therapy sessions with Sara was then shared with my mother, so that my mother could harass me with it. What Sara did is un-excusable.
