Sara is an incredible listener who is able to truly under where her patients are coming from. I would highly recommend Sara.

I can't thank her enough. I began working with Sara when I was a senior in high school. I am now graduating college and applying to graduate school and am still working with her! My family (who I love dearly) was very controlling (but in a well-meaning way). Sara helped me use strategies to cope with their controlling tendencies. She even helped me out by doing some family sessions with my overbearing parents. My parents even changed a little after these sessions! My anxiety is now lower, I feel more free and light, and I am more aware of my emotions and what they are communicating to me. I feel in control of my life and my future again and it feels amazing.

Sara has been working with my daughter who is a senior in high school with anxiety for some time now. My daughter loves Sara and I’ve seen SO many positive changes in my daughters since sessions started. My daughter used to be very nervous and stressed about social situations, tests at school, and all life’s worries. Now she shares things with me that show she’s thinking much more rationally and she has stopped isolating herself. She also no longer avoids situations that make her overwhelmed. She even told me those situations don’t scare her anymore because Sara gave her so many tools and tricks to use! My daughter tried other therapists in the past but never felt comfortable with therapy until she met Sara. Thank you Sara for helping my daughter so much. You’re a miracle worker!

Therapy is hard but Sara makes it easier. She’s Professional, extremely smart and competent, caring, makes you feel at ease and feel understood. Easy to talk to and very caring. Easily a 5 star therapy experience.

I was in such a deep depression until Sara helped pull me out of it - she’s probably one of the most caring therapists on this earth. Thank you Sara for changing my life!!

I saw Sara as a therapist every week in person and then virtually over a year. She was very good, but had poor follow-up in my last experience with her. After I had a baby and the pandemic came around, she said she would get back to me to schedule an appt. one week and then never did. Months later when I messaged her to see what happened and check-in she said she had gotten over-whelmed with personal things and didn’t have someone to help her with her appts. yet. I asked if this was her idea of termination and she said, “No”. I havent reached back out to her since. In my opinion as a mental health practitioner, it is irresponsible and unethical to neglect following up with a client who had a traumatic premature baby, going through a pandemic. If she wished to terminate or transfer this therapy relationship, she did not even bother to help refer me to a better suited therapist for my post-partum needs. Sara was a good therapist, but don’t expect a smooth or successful therapy end.

I’ve been to a lot of therapists, and Sara is hands down the best I’ve ever met - she literally saved my life. I’m finally happy and feel like I can breathe and enjoy life

She is extremely patient and understanding. Great therapist! I’d definitely recommend her!
