This will be the last time I use your services. Waited an hour & half after my appointment time before I was seen. Then I had to present my insurance multiple times. Very disorganized and horrible customer service. Was constantly told to speak with Cari (office manager.) having dealt with her in the past for other issues, that is a complete waste of time. She never contacts you.
