Sara Hepler helped me through the toughest time of my life. Helped me get passed the abuse I endured as a child and encouraged me to go legally with my abuse. She helped me deal with my trauma and was almost a friend figure when I went to see her. I recommend her to any young woman seeking counseling. She is very easy to talk to and easy going.

Terrible. Insulting and demeaning. Narcissism and lack of common sense abound. It was amazing to have a “therapist” with try to label people while speaking less than an hour.

As a fellow colleague of Sara's, I highly recommend her work. Personally, I have consulted with Sara about clinical concerns and have always found her feedback to be well thought out and helpful. Since I have had the benefit of working with Sara for a few years, I have also personally heard numerous clients share that Sara has been instrumental in helping them meet their goals. I hope that I have the pleasure of working again with Sara in the near future! P.S. She also has excellent boundaries

I've been sexually abused so I disassociate & she actually told me in my eval. that I didn't seem traumatized b/c I wasn't acting upset. She then got a personal phone call on her cell & left the room. After the call she came back in & rushed me through the rest of the eval. spitting questions at me & I have a hard time answering questions when rushed & she laughed at me stating that I should have known I'd be asked questions. She said that I was way more mentally ill but didn't say why. Terrible
